Description (Service) CV19 Office closed until further notice * referrals to be made by phone or email and a staff or volunteer will contact in a safe manner (March 22, 2020) On-site Early Crisis Assistance * Safety Planning * Referrals to Community Services * Provision of cellular telephones for eligible victims * System navigation for vulnerable victims

Victim Quick Response Program (VQRP) -- immediate assistance with emergency expenses related to the incident, including emergency home safety, accommodation, meals, transportation, dependent care costs, counselling, cellular phones, vision care, crime scene cleanup, and funeral expenses * additional assistance for victims of human trafficking include replacement of government documents, storage locker, dental, tattoo removal, and treatment to a recovery facility * no direct reimbursement to victims

* Volunteer Support Service available after hours and Mon-Sun 24 hours via Police Dispatch
