Description (Service) The Canadian Celiac Association is a national organization providing service and support to individuals with celiac disease and dermatitis herpetiformis through programs of awareness * advocacy * education * and research. The local chapter provides help to newly diagnosed celiacs and their families in several ways including providing medical * nutritional * dietary information * and where to locate gluten free food. As a member you will receive a newsletter containing information on topics such as food ingredients, recipes and new products.
