Description (Service) A voluntary support program offering assistance to adults with a developmental disability living within their community. An Adult Protective Services Worker offers assistance with advocacy * networking * case planning and supportive counselling. This is provided through a voluntary relationship between the individual and their worker.

Application Referrals accepted with consent from individual - if new to adult developmental services eligibility must be determined by the office of Developmental Services Ontario
