Description (Service) CV19 Clinics are operating with increased Health Safety measures according the Health Unit recommendation * call ahead with any questions (March 28, 2020) 
 
Program based on Outpatient Harm Reduction Model including : Methadone & Suboxone program * intake interview * medical examination and laboratory tests * supervised urine testing * treatment contract and plan * regular medical follow up * daily methadone dose * Hepatitis C program * Needle Exchange program * Naloxone kit available
Hours Mon-Thurs 8:30am- 5pm * Fri 8:30am- 3pm * Sat-Sun 9am-12pm noon * closed for lunch weekdays 12:30pm-1pm
Areas Served Hastings County ; Prince Edward County
Eligibility Individuals dependent on opiates like: heroin or other narcotics (such as Oxycontin, opium, Percocet, Percodan, morphine, codeine, etc.) who would like to have a drug-free lifestyle

To register, call Mon-Fri, 9 am-5 pm EST to self-identify as interested in the Methadone Maintenance Program * family physician, psychiatrist, clinical psychologist, addiction counselor and other health professional, or employer, can call on behalf of applicant

Fees Program ; Program - Methadone is covered by the Ontario Drug Benefit Program for those patients who are covered by the plan (i.e., Family Benefits, Welfare Assistance, Disability, etc.) ; Service - Additional nominal fees may be applicable for non-OHIP covered services ; None - with valid OHIP card ; Now accepting all out of province health cards
