Description (Service) Community Health Centre * Non-profit health care organization that provides a wide range of programs and services to improve the health and well-being of people who live in the community. The Centre operates in two locations: one in Belleville and the other in Quinte West/Trenton. Services are available to everyone. Young families, children and single mothers, youth, seniors, people living in poverty and those who sometimes have difficulty getting health care are especially welcome. Our programs and services include primary health care, health and wellness promotion, and disease and illness prevention. The Centre works in partnership with other health care and community organizations in the area to help people in need.
