Description (Service) Alternative program for students who were not successful in the regular school setting * individualized programs * workshops * students must meet minimum hours (17 1/2) and lesson submission (4) each week * concentration is on academic credits

Students must be registered at Centennial Secondary School or Eastside Secondary School and be referred by the Student Success Team to apply to S.H.A.P.E.
