Description (Service) Quinte Watershed Cleanup Inc. is a not for profit group, working to make the Bay of Quinte area an environmentally friendly place to live. QWC is a member of the Bay of Quinte Restoration Council. QWC also organizes the annual TRASHBASH in April to clean up the Quinte area. Other projects included shoreline naturalization, a children's water festival and special guest speakers.
