Description (Service) Hospital department responsible for recruiting * training and supporting volunteers that enhance patient care

Application Please follow these steps to join our team of volunteers: complete the Volunteer Application form * Volunteer Services will then call you to schedule an interview time should a suitable opportunity arise * Successful applicants are required to submit a Vulnerable Criminal Reference Screening Certificate [must have been completed within the last 6 months] submit proof of their immunization record and a completed two-step TB test by their family physician * forms are available online
