Description (Service) Links to Health Centre offers Social Work Services (individual and marital) on a fee for service basis and covered by some benefits packages. 
 
Links to Health is an Employment Supports Provider for Ontario Disability Support Program (job placement assistance, on the job training, work trials, specialized equipment and supports,and self employment assistance) * Program development for employment readiness for at risk youth. Offers help to develop work habits and on the job skills to be successful in the worksite * Links to Health links people with resources.
