Description and Services
Description (Service) A case resolution mechanism designed to provide recommendations and referrals for families, children and youth up to the age of 18. Provides a single point of access to Ministry funded residential services, coordinated access to other children and youth with complex needs and who are experiencing difficulties gaining access to support and services in the community.
