Description (Service) Family Mediation is a voluntary process in which a mediator assists parties to identify create and discuss solutions to their disputes * mediation topics may include:  
* Separation and Divorce (custody & access - parenting) 
* Separation and Divorce (child support &/or spousal support) 
* Separation and Divorce (financial and property division & equalization) 
* Parenting 
* Variation of terms or motions to change agressments

Areas Served Algonquins of Pikwàkanagàn First Nation ; Bonnechere Valley ; Brudenell, Lyndoch and Raglan ; Deep River ; Head, Clara and Maria ; Killaloe, Hagarty and Richards ; Laurentian Hills ; Laurentian Valley ; Madawaska Valley ; North Algona-Wilberforce ; Pembroke ; Petawawa ; Whitewater
Eligibility Any family that is facing separation or divorce with a file before the courts
Application Clients can request the off-site mediation application package by phone or email * once applications are received from both parties the mediator will call to set up a suitable time for intake, screening and mediation
Languages English ; French
Fees A user fee schedule set out by the Ministry of the Attorney General (MAG) who subsidize up to 8 hours of Family Mediation will be sent along with the application
