Description (Service) Any individuals entering the organization remain directed to enter only through the Emergency Department entrance and screening station * Emergency Department remains open for emergency care only * do not attend the Emergency Department unless it is a clear emergency * patients seeking emergency care are only permitted to have one person accompany them * visitors and volunteers are not permitted at this time * non-essential services are being suspended or reduced, in line with provincial and regional direction, to ensure the organization has the capacity to respond to increased care needs in relation to COVID-19 Suspended services include: * volunteer programming including the Gift Shop * outpatient physiotherapy * evening and weekend ultrasound * Bone Mineral Density Screening * Ontario Breast Screening/Mammography * Outpatient programing such as: Speech Language Therapy and Smoking Cessation   Services that are being reduced, or offered through alternative formats, include: * Diabetes Care * Telemedicine * Primary Care (24 March 2020)

Hours 24 hour Emergency on-call The following services are closed until further notice (24 March 2020)
Laboratory: Mon-Thu 7:30 am-12 noon, 4 pm-6 pm Fri. 7:30-12 noon Diagnostic Imaging: Mon-Thu 8 am-8 pm * Fri 8 am-4 pm * 24 hour Emergency on-call * Ultrasound: Mon-Fri 8 am-4 pm Physiotherapy: Mon & Wed 8 am-5:45 pm, Tue, Thu, & Fri 8 am-4 pm Visiting hours: 11:30 am-1 pm, 4 pm-8 pm

Eligibility Patients: No restrictions 
Visitor Guidelines: 
Wash your hands regularly using the sanitizer at the entrance to each room before and after each patient visit. 
If you have a cough, fever, runny nose, diarrhea or generally feeling unwell, please DO NOT visit. 
Requests to visit outside of the regular visiting hours will be granted, on an individual basis, for compassionate reasons. Please check with the nurse. Check with the nurse before providing special treats, which may or may not be in keeping with the care plan.
