Description (Service) COVID-19 (April 30, 2020): All offices are closed until further notice, but the agency continues to offer regular services remotely via telephone and video teleconferencing * services are also expanded to include a Mental Health Pandemic Helpline during the COVID-19 Pandemic * any member of the community who is experiencing difficulties coping with their mental health or is looking for strategies to improve their emotional well-being during the COVID-19 Pandemic is encouraged to call at 1-833-283-9979 and connect with one of the mental health professionals

Network of services for adults and transitional youth with severe and moderate mental health concerns * satellite office in Carleton Place

Assessment and referral * crisis stabilization * counselling * psychiatric consultation * community outreach* linkage to hospital resources * education and training * court diversion and consultation * social recreation

Specialized services: sexual assault treatment * psychogeriatric outreach * family violence counselling * on-site at community hospitals * mental health nurses and social workers * trauma response
