Description (Service) Appointment-only COVID-19 assessment centre * out-of-hospital clinic where people will be assessed by a health-care provider and tested for COVID-19 if required * the test involves taking a sample from the nose with a swab

Eligibility Ages: 70 year(s) and under 
 
Individuals younger than 70 years with ESCALATING SYMPTOMS that are not severe such as a new or worsening cough and/or fever, AND that have either travelled outside of Canada or been in contact with someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 in the past 14 days. 
 
People do not need to be patients of the Health Team to access COVID-19 assessment services.
Application Call to make an appointment * if 70 years or older, cannot get to a COVID-19 Assessment Centre or have special considerations, call the EOHU at 613-933-1375 or 1-800-267-7120
