Description (Service) Community Association encouraging community residents participation in overseeing a multipurpose centre, three skating rinks and two entrance gardens * rental based on availability of rooms and halls for meetings, community events, educational programs, recreational programs and other services * organized recreational activities which promote cultutal exchange among members of the community * promotes preservation of cultural traditions
