Description (Service) Support for families of youth in conflict with the law to support rehabilitation and address situations that put youth at risk for re-offending * range of individualized programs based on criminogenic needs as well as the youth and family’s strengths and resources

Families of youth aged 12-17 in conflict with the law. Including: 
 
* Youth at imminent risk of a truancy charge 
* Probation - youth who have been charged with truancy 
* Pathways - through the Youth Mental Health Court Worker (YMHCW) as part of a Diversion Plan 
* SLYA TIPS Program; Situation Table for youth involved in criminal activity
Application Referral through Youth Diversion Program.
