Description (Service) Opportunity for teacher candidates to specialize in Aboriginal education * qualifies graduates for the Ontario College of Teachers certification * four successive terms, starting in May and ending in August the following year * for both Primary-Junior (junior kindergarten to grade 6) and Intermediate-Senior (grades 7-12) * courses include Aboriginal perspectives, balancing Aboriginal-specific and student-centred learning with knowledge of the teaching/learning process, and research on Aboriginal education
