Summer program: eight-week program beginning the first week of July * community outings, life skills, and job placement activities * Awesome A's: Manotick-based program offering crafts, games, and outings 
A-Team: social club * exercise and cooking components * social networking * outings 
Club 21: day program offering job placement opportunities, life skills for independent living in a group setting or one-on-one (cooking, shopping, laundry, banking, and hygiene), respite services and socialization 
Social Club: crafts, cooking skills, and socialization 
Youth Group: general socialization
Hours There are no office hours
Meetings Summer program, Awesome A's Tue-Thu 9 am-2 pm, summer 
A-Team: every second Sat 
Club 21: Tue-Thu 9 am-2 pm
