Eligibility Individuals 16 years and older who have been sexually assaulted in Ontario and who live in the City of Ottawa * available at any time after the sexual assault has occurred
Application Voucher request form available on the website * send the voucher request by email or print it and sent it by mail * eligible survivors will then receive a referral list and instructions on how to use the vouchers within three business days by email, or up to 10 business days through regular mail
