Description (Service) | COVID-19 (25 Mar 2020) transportation services to essential medical appointments will continue depending on staff availability * enhanced cleaning, disinfecting protocols and processes are in place for all vehicles * clients must not in the last 48 hours be exhibiting any signs or symptoms of Covid-19 or have been in close proximity to anyone who is * clients will be asked to use hand sanitizer upon entering the vehicle. There will be no transportation to a Covid-19 testing centre, hospital or doctor's appointment because the client may be suspecting having contracted Covid-19. Transportation service to medical and other quality of life enhancing appointments * accessible vehicles available * provides a door-to-door service * clients must arrange their own escorts if needed * children and young people under the age of 18 will need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian |

Application | New clients must register by phone or through the website * rides should be booked two to three weeks before the appointment, although attempts to accommodate last minute requests are often successful |
