Description (Service) Program for individuals wishing to donate their bodies to contribute to the advancement of medicine
Hours Mon-Fri 9 am-4 pm

Eligibility Ages: 16 year(s) and up 
Individuals 16 years of older * the next-of-kin or executor must approve the body donation at the time of death
Application Send an email to request a form, or request a package from the website 
The next-of-kin or executor must contact a funeral home of their choice at the time of death * the funeral director must then call the Division of Clinical and Functional Anatomy, University of Ottawa * this process needs to happen within 72 hours following the death
