Residential School Information Line, 1-866-879-4913 -- Mon-Sun 8 am-11 pm * basic information about IAP, ADR and CEP programs * will mail out application kits * confirms receipt of IAP applications

Common Experience Payment (CEP), 1-866-699-1742, TTY 1-800-926-9105 -- Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm * general information and assistance in completion of application * also inquiries regarding status of application

Common Experience Payment (CEP) Response Centre, 1-866-565-4526 -- Mon-Sun 8 am-11 pm * assistance with CEP application and specific inquiries regarding status of an CEP application or an application for reconsideration

Independent Assessment Process (IAP), 1-877-635-2648 -- Mon-Fri 8 am-8 pm * responds to a broad range of questions related to the IAP * provides claimants and counsel with status updates in regards to specific claims

Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Help Desk, 1-877-635-2648 -- Mon-Fri 8 am-8 pm * provides callers with information about the ADR, Litigation, and the National Resolution Framework.

Truth and Reconciliation Commission (TRC), 1-888-872-5554, info@trc.ca, www.trc.ca -- general enquiries about the status of the TRC and its mandate
