Description (Service) Services that offer support to people with intellectual disabilities living at home and their family * flexible services adapted to the needs of families, especially useful to aging parents 
 
* planification of services surrounding the individual 
* accompaniement and necessary support 
* orientation and facilitation to help accessing community resources and services 
* technical help with forms, help for families during pcertain rocedures, help to proceed with demands for grants, and offerts clinical services

Application Call Developmental Services Ontario (DSO) toll-free at 1-855-376-3737 * to purchase a service, contact the organization directly and ask to speak with a supervisor of the program
