Description and Services
Description (Service) Backpacks stuffed with grade appropriate supplies needed for the upcoming school year * coordinates the distribution of school supplies by working with the many agencies, clubs, and community resource centres that are either requesting supplies for their clients or that are already providing school supply assistance
Hours Mon-Fri 9 am-4 pm * program May-August

Eligibility Families and individuals with children from kindergarten to grade 8 must fall within the Low Income Cut-Off Measures as set out by Statistics Canada: 
* two people: $32,270 
* three people: $39,672 
* four people: $48,166 
* five people: $54,630 
* six people: $61,612 
* seven people: $68,598 
* for more than seven people, add $6,984 per person
Application Applications come from social agencies, clubs, and community resource centres * all applications are indexed to avoid duplication * call 2-1-1 for information on where to register * registration period for 2020 is between June 1st and August 3rd * backpacks are distributed the week of August 18th, 2020
