Description (Service) * Al-Anon: Twelve-step mutual support program for families and friends of problem drinkers. 
* Alateen: Twelve-step mutual support program for young people whose lives have been affected by someone else's drinking.
Hours Mon-Sun 9 am-10 pm

Areas Served Ottawa (City of) - and surrounding areas ; Prescott and Russell United Counties ; Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry United Counties
Eligibility Ages: 12 year(s) and up 
 
Al-Anon: The only requirement for membership is that there be a problem of alcoholism in a relative or friend (tradition 3) 
Alateen: Youth suggestion of 12-19 years of age
Application Drop-in at meetings

Fees None - Voluntary contributions of $1 or $2 accepted at meetings to help cover the cost of the meeting room
