Description and Services
Description (Service) COVID-19 (14 Apr 2020): No in-person meetings until further notice. Staff will be returning calls/emails, responding to requests for service, processing applications.

Supervised access program service provided for custodial and non-custodial parents and for children to have visits with the non-custodial or a significant other (grandparents, etc) in a safe, secure centre * exchanges provided for parents in a neutral setting
Hours Fri-Mon 10 am-6 pm
Areas Served Lanark County ; Leeds and Grenville United Counties
Boundaries Service may be restricted to Custodial Parents who reside in the Lanark Area * there is no restriction on where the non-custodial parent lives
Eligibility Ages: 18 year(s) and under 
Parents who are divorced, separated or apart and need access to children that are between birth to 18 years old, on supervision orders or voluntary agreements
Application Referral required by courts, lawyers * a court order is required specifying the need for supervised access, or a signed voluntary agreement between all parties
Languages English ; French - upon request
Fees Service - $50 annual fee, payable during registration * no show, last minute cancellation, and late fees may also apply (2019)
