Description (Service) COVID19 (21 Apr 2020): Ongoing counselling services: individual and family sessions provided via teleconferencing and phone. Call 613-562-3004 or access via the Walk-in Clinic for your initial session called Choice and to discuss with the counsellor options for counselling services. Crisis services available: 24/7 bilingual counsellors answering calls on the Crisis Line for caregivers , children and youth for Eastern Ontario. Call 613-260-2360 or toll free 1-877-377-7775. Support can also be accessed via chat at

Individual youth counselling and family counselling inspired by strength-based collaborative perspectives. * Counsellors empower clients in making positive changes in their lives. * Addresses a wide spectrum of issues affecting youth and families.
