Description (Service) COVID-19 (4 April 2020) Mental health programs follow-ups with clients are maintained by telephone. All activities of the "Ateliers de l’Élan" and "Centre de services Guiges" are suspended until further notice. Visit the Montfort Renaissance website for up-to-date information. 
Services for francophone adults with mental health problems 
“Programme de soutien judiciaire”: For francophone adults with mental health problems and dealing with the criminal justice system * intensive case management * support through the judicial process * close collaboration with the mental health court and health services * relapse/rehospitalisation and reoffending prevention 
“Programme de Soutien communautaire": For francophone adults with severe and persistent mental health problems * intensive case management * support to the psychiatric rehabilitation process and mental health promotion * create support networks
