Description (Service) Note (30 Mar 2020) Food Share program available every Friday to young parents who access the programs at the Centre and to any young parent in the community one Friday a month. Also available on an emergency basis throughout the week. Contact Nourish Familty Food Centre Coordinator crystal_gallant@can.salvationarmy.org or call 613-725-1733 ext 202 to register for pre-bagged groceries. Pick-up is on the Fri 10 am-11 am where a BHC staff member will be at the door to greet clients. No participants will be permitted in the building.

Drop-in multi-service centre providing free services to: pregnant and parenting youth, their partners, and their children 
 
Programs and services: parenting * self-esteem * anger management * stress management * healthy relationships * individual counselling * prenatal nutrition * well baby clinics * prenatal classes * play group * respite and enriched child care * housing support * employment counselling * entrepreneurship training * Independent Learning Centre support (for people working on high school credits) * food bank * clothing support * Baby Cupboard (diapers, baby food, formula, cereal, etc.) * Well Family Clinic * access to family doctor for pregnant/parenting youth and their children who have no family doctor * fathering programs * nutrition programming * lunchbox cupboard * Messy Church * chaplaincy support * parenting programs
