Description (Service) Diabetes education program provides individuals with the tools they need to manage and treat their diabetes. 
* individual counselling with the nurse and dietitian 
* day and evening group education about diabetes 
* weekly resistance training program 
* individual follow-up appointments 
* pre-diabetes program 
* insulin initiation and adjustments (with a physician’s referral) 
* grocery store tours (how to interpret labels)
