Description (Service) | Speaker nights for people with mood disorders, relatives, friends, service providers and the public. Meetings include a speaker (professional speaking about a mental health issue), a questions and answers (Q&A) session and refreshments Peer Support Group: confidential discussion for adults with mood disorders Family Support Group: for adult relatives and friends of people with mood disorders Discovery 2000 Program: subsidized recreational events for adults with mood disorders * activities include, movie night (First Tuesday of each month) * picnics * hikes * theatre * dinners * sporting events * museum and gallery visits * call for a calendar of activities Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) program * Family Wellness Recovery Action Plan (FWRAP) * Pathways to Recovery Program * bimonthly newsletter * a lending library * website |
