Description (Service) Resource materials to survivors and family members * promotes awareness about brain injury and prevention of injury * education, information, support and advocacy * peer support groups for survivors and family members * opportunities for individuals with brain injury to participate in educational and recreational programs * opportunities for survivors and their family members to familiarize themselves with activities and programs that are available in the community 
 
Step Up Work Centre: provides acquired brain injury survivors with a safe space to come learn and share their experiences * member-run program offers opportunities in each of the following units: administration * kitchen and food preparation * maintenance / environmental with a goal of vocational training * education workshops on life skills as well as mediation and cognitive fitness 
 
Artistic Expressions Workshop provides participants an opportunity to use their creative abilities as everyday coping strategies 
 
Peer Mentoring Program: Partners and Mentors are matched for this once a week telephone program * all participants are screened and mentors require a criminal check
