Description (Service) COVID-19 (26 May 2020) CMHA branches are open but many are offering alternative service delivery at this time. Service delivery may be in person, by phone or the following virtual ways:

PCVC – Personal computer video conferencing
OTN – Ontario Telemedicine Network
ZOOM – Video/web conferencing platform

Integrated community mental health support services for individuals with a severe and persistent mental illness who are homeless or at risk of homelessness with complex needs. * Services include outreach, case management, housing, concurrent disorders treatment program, health promotion, vocational support services for clients. * Training and community development to respond to the needs of individuals with serious mental illness, education, training and distribution of materials
