Description (Service) 10-13 week courses * groups meeting once a week * includes discussion, DVD, practical instruction, prayer, reflection and encouragement, from a basic Christian perspective, in a caring and supportive atmosphere * led by facilitators with life experiences sympathetic to their courses, who, although non-professionals, are equipped to teach, guide and lead to personal, and spiritual growth and healing 
* Celebrate Recovery: Christ-centred, purpose-driven recovery program grounded in the teachings of the Beatitudes * 12 steps and their biblical comparisons are presented as steps toward overcoming ‘hurts, habits, and hang-ups' * group offered year-round 
* DivorceCare: Finding the Strength To Go On: for persons experiencing divorce * topics dealt with include: the road to healing, anger, loneliness, facing depression, kids, finances, forgiveness, and more 
* Anger, Taming Your Wild Side: anger management * finding and dealing with root causes of anger and learning healthy ways to handle and communicate emotions * 10-week course, with groups meeting once a week * 2 semesters a year. Fall and Winter* program is Biblically based 
* Boundaries: explores the topics of boundaries and limits, and shows people how to set healthy boundaries with their parents, spouse, children, friends, co-workers and even themselves 
* H.O.P.E.: Helping Others Persevere Everyday: recovery and healing from abuse * course uses Jan Frank's "The Door of Hope" as a vehicle driving recovery; taking past experiences meant to harm and turning them to good 
* The Fear Shift: Dominated by Fear No More * course on how to recognize and conquer fear in everyday life 
* Strengthening Blended Families: DISCOVER THE KEYS TO A HEALTHY STEPFAMILY this course reveals the seven fundamental steps to blended family success and provides practical, realistic solutions to the issues you face as a stepfamily.
