Description (Service) Seeks to enhance decision-making in the area of residential care for children. 
 
Conducts reviews of residential placements * informs and assists parents, children and service providers about the availability and appropriateness of residential services and their alternatives across Ontario
Hours Irregular hours, call for more information
Meetings Meetings are scheduled by the Coordinator in a suitable location as the need arises * The committee meets several times per year to perform case reviews
Areas Served Cornwall ; Ottawa (City of) ; Prescott and Russell United Counties ; Renfrew
Eligibility Ages: 18 year(s) and under 
 
Reviews are mandatory for children placed for more than 90 days in a residence of 10 or more beds * reviews are discretionary if a youth objects to a residential placement in a foster group home or a residence
