Hours Office Mon-Sun 8 am-8 pm, service Mon-Sun 24 hours

Eligibility Ages: 65 year(s) and up 
 
Men and women, 65 years of age or older, physically independent who require some assistance with daily living activities, may have some cognitive problems. Assisted Living Floors for people whose dementia who require assistance with activities of daily living
