Description (Service) COVID-19 (26 Mar 2020): Parkdale Food Centre is temporarily closed * if you need food, call the Ottawa Food Bank at 613-745-7001 * find up-to-date information and details on their website 
 
Food Centre offering to three to five days' worth of emergency food per month  
 
* cooking workshops  
* community meals on site  
* social enterprise for youth: Thirteen (13: ASE) 
* partners with foodrescue.ca 
* Growing Futures Program  
* Ottawa Community Food Partnership
Hours Food Bank Tue 11 am-2 pm, 6 pm-8 pm * Thu 12 noon-2 pm 
Administration Mon-Thu 9 am-3 pm
Meetings Drop-in for breakfast, lunch, community resources : Mon-Thu 9 am-3 pm 
Cooking Workshop & Lunch: Wed 11 am-1 pm, free slow cooker to participants 
Community Meals: Second Fri and third Wed of the month 
Free Majestic Laundry : Last Thu of the month, 5 pm-7 pm

Eligibility Food Bank: To locate the food bank serving a region, use the Ottawa Food Bank locator, visit ottawafoodbank.ca/get-help * NOTE: Be aware that area served boundaries may vary depending on whether the street address OR the postal code is used to locate the proper food bank, if unsure, call to confirm. 
 
All other services: open to anyone resident of the City of Ottawa
