Description (Service) Community support to individuals who have an acquired brain injury * day program * outreach support * residential program * support groups
Hours Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm
Areas Served Frontenac County ; Hastings County ; Lanark County ; Leeds and Grenville United Counties ; Lennox and Addington County ; Ottawa (City of) ; Prescott and Russell United Counties ; Prince Edward County ; Renfrew County ; Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry United Counties
Eligibility Ages: 18 year(s) and up 
 
Persons 18 years of age and older who have an acquired brain injury, who are medically stable and have completed post-injury rehabilitation, who do not require daily supervision, and who are willing to participate fully in the program.
