Many of the programs and services are currently suspended or changed to phone appointments until further notice. Visit their website for up-to-date information. Interactive workshop series helping people with chronic conditions better manage their symptoms and daily life * group meets once a week over six weeks * skills taught include: healthy eating, exercise, pain and fatigue management, stress management, communicating with a healthcare professional, managing medications, and planning and problem solving * participants take an active role in the workshop Workshops are offered across the city in a variety of languages * program managed by Elisabeth Bruyère Hospital |
