Description (Service) COVID-19 (9 Jun 2020): call the Centre at 613-737-5115 before attending. Many of the programs and services are currently suspended or changed to phone appointments until further notice.

Interactive workshop series helping people with chronic conditions better manage their symptoms and daily life * group meets once a week over six weeks * skills taught include: healthy eating, exercise, pain and fatigue management, stress management, communicating with a healthcare professional, managing medications, and planning and problem solving * participants take an active role in the workshop Workshops are offered across the city in a variety of languages * program managed by Elisabeth Bruyère Hospital
