Description and Services
Description (Service) Reintegration program for people who have been incarcerated for committing sexual offenses typically who have been released at their warrant expiry date (end of their sentence), with little or no supports in the community and are considered at high risk to re-offend. Clients participate voluntarily. 
A Circle consists of 3-4 trained and screened volunteers, citizens, who support the 'Core Member' (client) in his efforts to develop a meaningful, crime-free life in the community. Volunteers are required to commit to approximately two hours each week and for a minimum period of one year.
