Description (Service) Manages the building and offers permanent office space to non-profit community service groups with limited financial resources at not-for-profit rates. "Non-permanent" space available to the general public at great rates * 900 seat theatre * 200 seat reception hall (with a stage and kitchen facilities) * eight meeting rooms
Hours Sun-Sat 8 am-11 pm

Eligibility Ages: 21 year(s) and up 
 
Only not-for-profit organizations can apply for permanent space * open to the general public (individuals, organizations or businesses) for non-permanent space * must be 21 years of age or older to lease space
