Eligibility Children and youth birth-18 years with complex long term needs or disabilities such as cerebral palsy, acquired brain injury, muscular dystrophy, amputation, epilepsy, spina bifida, arthritis, cleft-lip and palate, autism and other developmental disabilities * certain recreational and equipment services for adults with disabilities
