Description (Service) COVID-19 (30 April 2020) Habitat Cornwall offices and restore are closed to the public until further notice. Item donations will not be accepted for the duration of the closure.

Builds simple, decent and affordable for low income families * applicants must give 500 hours of volunteer time into the building of their own home * homes are sold to partner families at no profit and financed with affordable, no-interest mortgages * homeowners' monthly mortgage payments go into a revolving fund, which is used to build more homes * selection process determines who qualifies for housing ReStore: building supply store that accepts and resell quality new and used building materials, furniture, appliances, and household items
