Single adults 25 years and older * chronically homeless * have mental/physical disabilities or addiction problems
Application Clients are assessed by Prevention Diversion assessment workers who refer them to the supportive housing program * Prevention Diversion can be accessed through the Housing Help Centre at 613-531-3779 or by sending an email

Fees Program - Rent geared-to-income * clients are usually Pension, Ontario Works or Ontario Disability Support Program recipients * no additional costs to clients
