| Description (Service) | Primary source of leading edge information and advice on farming, food production and rural development through a strong network of commodity specialists, regional information coordinators and information from the Agricultural Information Contact Centre. The Contact Centre has a wide range of information available to address many questions that come in by phone or email and can quickly respond to meet client requests for both agricultural, food and rural business areas. This service also provides links to a multitude of resources and organizations for the benefit of the agricultural, food and rural sectors. Staff also work closely with rural organizations in the delivery of the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs programs and services. |
