Description (Service) Single point of access to get help with addictions and mental health 
Services include case management, counselling, housing, vocational programming, social and recreation programs, wellness programs, and psychiatry services; assessment, referral & aftercare for residential addiction treatment
Hours Mon-Fri 8 am-4:30 pm
Areas Served Leeds and Grenville United Counties
Eligibility Mental health services: adults and youth 16 and older * addictions services: no restrictions
Application Self referral * psychiatry services referrals must be made by your family physician
