Description (Service) COVID19 (8 Apr 2020): Offices are closed to the public. Diners club and foot care are suspended until further notice. Frozen meals will still be delivered, transportation provided to life-sustaining medical appointments and limited home help may be available to existing clients.

Home support program to help seniors and physically disabled adults to remain in their homes and community * Serves Perth, Smiths Falls, Merrickville, Maberly, Lanark,and Carleton Place.

Programs include: diners club * transportation * Meals on Wheels * foot care clinics * Parkinson's support group * home help * hospice/palliative care, respite service
Hours COVID19: Administration Mon-Fri 8:30 am-2 pm
