Description (Service) Provides information, education, services and support to both Urban and Rural (off reserve) Aboriginal peoples * in particular individuals who are infected with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) / Acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS), at risk of contracting HIV/AIDS, and those who are affected by this disease: families, partners and caregivers * all services are confidential, client centered and culturally based
Hours Mon-Fri 8:30 am-3:30 pm * some evening and weekends
Areas Served Frontenac County ; Hastings County ; Lanark County ; Leeds and Grenville United Counties ; Lennox and Addington County ; Peterborough ; Prince Edward County
Boundaries Southeastern Ontario and Peterborough as well as aboriginal people in area federal prisons
Eligibility Aboriginal peoples at risk, infected or affected with HIV/AIDS who live off reserve (both urban and rural) * Federal Prisons (aboriginal people only)
