| Description (Service) | COVID-19 (May 7, 2020): Clients will be assessed case by case, call for more information Multidisciplinary team of health care professionals providing services to patients with a breast abnormality in diagnostic imaging: nursing, surgical consultation and intervention, access to social work, spiritual care and nutritional services * reduces the wait times between detection of a breast abnormality and diagnosis * single access point to care providing supportive patient and family centered care, patient navigation, co-ordination of care, and health teaching to patients so they make informed treatment decisions |
