Description (Service) Personal income tax preparation assistance program * assists with forms or applications for Old Age Security, Canada Pension Plan, Guaranteed Income, etc. * special cases handled on an individual basis, maximum individual income of $35,000, couples income $45,000

Eligibility Individuals: Income below $35,000 * Families: Income below $45,000 
Not eligible: Income tax and returns for deceased persons, bankrupt individuals, or individuals who have capital gains or losses, employment expenses, or business or rental income and expenses
Application Drop-off information, and pick-up is arranged at the client's convenience * on-site appointments for one-on-one consultation * service available at nursing homes, retirement homes, hospitals, correctional institutions or to private homes for shut-ins * Appointment needed. Bring the required documents: 
* All tax forms and/or address labels received from Revenue Canada;  
* Copy of last year's income tax return and Revenue Canada's Notice of Assessment; 
* All "T"-slips received from your income; 
* Forms received for Social Assistance, Worker's Compensation, or Disability Pensions; 
* Last year's rent receipts or Property Tax bills; 
* All medical receipts; 
* All charitable donations receipts; 
* Social Insurance Number
